Based in San Francisco, Michael actively engages in local urban planning initiatives, advocating for improved public transportation and pedestrian-friendly infrastructure. His dedication to community advocacy includes membership in organizations such as SF Transit Riders, California YIMBY, and serving as a lead for SF Northern Neighbors. He has also been a strong advocate for slow streets initiatives in San Francisco and notably organized a safe street rally addressing safety concerns on the dangerous section of Franklin Street.
